SigmaMed Solutions specializes in developing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training in the “Leanest” manner possible.  Our training goal is to rapidly develop your internal capability to conduct effective Lean Six Sigma process improvement projects and manage a facility wide LSS Process Improvement program that is aligned with organizational strategy.

Our goal is to make students effective leaders of process improvement and students come out of training with an understanding of how to run projects and where to go when they require help in attaining improvement goals.  We provide Lean Six Sigma
training for Yellow, Green, or Blackbelt competency.

Certification Testing

SigmaMed Solutions conducts certification testing for Lean Six Sigma Yellow, Green, and Blackbelts.  The tests we use have been developed by our partner organization, Destra Consulting, and vetted through application with some of the worlds top healthcare systems and corporations.  Destra was one of the groups that worked with GE to
formalize the Six Sigma methodology and has developed superior training and certification
materials that many consider without peer..
